Savannah came home from school so excited the other day. When I asked why, she explained that Madison went up to a boy that Savannah liked and asked the boy if he liked Savannah. Yes, Sav is way to young to be having these feelings and conversations, and the result of the convo will prove it.
When Madison retrieved his answer she went up to Sav and told her this, "He said, he likes you just as a friend."
Sav was elated. She thought that was the best answer in the whole world. She began to bounce up and down in the car saying, "Mom, can you believe it? He likes me as a friend!!!"
One day, Savannah, that will not only be the answer you DON'T want to recieve but it will be the most dreaded. Enjoy this feeling while it lasts, "As A Friend" wont always feel this good.

Ha, ha,, ha..that is good stuff.
That is so cute. That's how we want it to stay for a while though hey! They are already growing up way too fast.
So cute! It's so funny when mine talk about their boyfriends/girlfriends at school! It is all so sweet and innocent!
